Job description

If you join our Graduate Programme, your journey will start with a 6 week induction in one of our Stores of Excellence, covering departments of the store, from bedding to bathrooms, cash admin to stock control, experiencing the day to day operations on the shop floor and understanding fully the role of a Manager in Dunelm. Your further learning will then be supported with a personal development plan, giving you responsibility for managing a small team and overseeing a number of departments within a store. To support your in store learning, over 6 to 9 months you will also work towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification in Management provided by the Institute of Leadership and Management, working alongside other graduate Managers. The knowledge you gain from the courses you attend will complement and enhance your store based learning, and prepare you for applying for an Assistant Manager role within 6 months.
Every individual’s career develops at a different rate and your success will depend on your own efforts. We will always treat you as an individual – and give you the personal support and development you need.
