Artsmart 2012 is a programme of talks and workshops designed to help you get ahead in the creative industries. The events, which take place over two days, will give you the chance to develop skills, get advice and network.

My colleague and I went to this over the last two years. It is highly recommended as the speakers are highly experienced and inspiring. There are also stands and a great laid back festival atmosphere - I couldn't possibly comment on the standard of the Pimms or Pink Champagne! If you can afford to get down to London or living close by - try and get along. It is £5, but check on the website for any extra costs to some talks.
