Artist in Residence (12 months), The Bond
Paid (£10k-15k pro rata) Part time
The Bond is a busy mixed use conference, office and business with a variety of tenants and facilities including dance studio, arts and media organisations and a range of charities and voluntary bodies in Birmingham’s creative Eastside quarter.
The Bond Company wishes to appoint an Artist in Residence for a period of 12 months to develop their work and/or explore the canal side surroundings through their art form. A flat and studio will be provided free in exchange for residential caretaking and other site duties. In addition there is the possibility of up to 20 hours a week hourly paid work. It is expected that the Artist in Residence will hold an exhibition of their work in the boardrooms at the end of their residency.
