Description
Derby LIVE is an innovative model for the delivery of the performing arts in Derby, providing a programme of in-house produced theatre as well as presenting a broad range of received work of various genres and artforms, and operates as a business unit of Derby City Council. Derby LIVE has an equally broad range of customers that it needs to appeal to.

Organisations are invited to express interest for the provision of design services for Derby LIVE promotional materials.

For each season ("Spring", "Summer", "Autumn/Winter"), promotional materials comprising a Season Brochure, a Children's Brochure and a What's On Guide are currently required; a Classical Season Guide is also required annually. Additional work under the contract, as requested by Derby LIVE on an ad-hoc basis and by agreement with successful supplier, may include (but is not limited to): brand development, professional photography/photo shoots, and the creation/sourcing of images and title treatment from scratch for Derby LIVE in-house produced productions. In addition, work may also be requested by Derby City Council’s Central Design team on an ad-hoc basis and by agreement with successful supplier

The process will consist of two stages; the first stage is the completion of a pre qualification questionnaire, which will be used to shortlist organisations possessing areas of expertise required by Derby LIVE to deliver these design services. Organisations shortlisted will carry forward to the second stage of the process and be invited to formally tender.

The successful supplier will be expected to supply services under the terms of contract for three (3) years with an optional further two (2) years'
