Trainee fashion designer

David Howard is a premium design led company which employs more than 80 employees of which at least a third are designers and have been supplying quality shirts to high street retailers for more than 30 years.

Currently, David Howard are seeking a trainee fashion designer to under take the following: 

• Design men's shirt based on customer requirements
• Develop knowledge which is customer specific for shirt design
• Present theme boards
• Attend customer meetings to give advice on styles & design
• Compile detailed sketches with measurements to send to factories for making samples
• Working knowledge of pointcarre & photoshop software
• Trend knowledge of menswear fashion market
