Digital Marketing Executive

The post will be responsible for the company’s digital activities including maintenance of websites, creation and development of weekly email campaigns, social media presence and the monitoring of performance against KPIs.Person requirements

Marketing Derby work in a fast-paced private sector environment with multi-faceted demands and plenty of external partner liaison. Market Derby are currently seeking candidates who are pro-active, keen to make a difference and who have a passion for Derby.

The role will be:
  • Operating various website CMS such in WordPress and Concrete5 formats
  • Project managing future web development with suppliers
  • Liaising with stakeholders and colleagues to update company websites
  • Creating e-newsletter campaigns and monitor performance
  • Design digital adverts for use on company’s e-communications
  • Using and monitoring various social media tools including Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
  • Using basic HTML coding skills
  • Using basic SEO skills and knowledge in Google Keywords
  • Managing digital revenue streams with targets
  • Using Google Analytics and reporting back to Managing Director on performance
  • Applying copywriting skills (with experience in blogging or article writing) and excellent grammar
  • Operating third party digital tools such as Survey Monkey, Flickr, Storify and SlideShare
