- Operating various website CMS such in WordPress and Concrete5 formats
- Project managing future web development with suppliers
- Liaising with stakeholders and colleagues to update company websites
- Creating e-newsletter campaigns and monitor performance
- Design digital adverts for use on company’s e-communications
- Using and monitoring various social media tools including Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
- Using basic HTML coding skills
- Using basic SEO skills and knowledge in Google Keywords
- Managing digital revenue streams with targets
- Using Google Analytics and reporting back to Managing Director on performance
- Applying copywriting skills (with experience in blogging or article writing) and excellent grammar
- Operating third party digital tools such as Survey Monkey, Flickr, Storify and SlideShare
