City & Guilds Introduction to Trainer Skills (7300)
Derby Adult Learning Service are offering this useful Training Skills qualification over two full days – Friday 20th January and Friday 3rd February 9am till 5pm at the Derby Multicultural Centre, Diaryhouse Road, Derby DE23 8HN. Registration fee with City & Guilds is also included.
This course is aimed at individuals who have responsibility for training others within an organisation and aims to give an introduction to the concepts of a systematic approach to training.
The course covers:
* Setting ground rules
* Use of icebreakers
* The learning environment
* Training resources
* Gaining and maintaining attention
* Motivation
* Assessment
