Studio space available, Derby



I am looking for interest from artists/craftsmen who might need a studio/work space in Derby



I have a large open space studio within 10 minutes walk of Derby train station.



The size of the whole studio is Front area: 29 x 27ft or 8.9 x 8.3m (2 smallish windows)
Rear area: 29 x 27.5ft or 8.9 x 8.4m (2 large windows)



I think between 6 and 10 open space areas can be organised giving room for all needs


It is on the first floor with security gate and alarm so equipment left over night will be safe; toilet, small kitchen space

Pay and display on-street parking, a local car park and a few free parking spaces all within 2 minutes walk.
